UKal will provide expertise, supply materials on natural and cultural heritage development in the Russian part of the project area and organize communication with stakeholders in the Kaliningrad region. UKal will fulfil the following tasks: coordination of the activities of Russian partners, communication with EU partners, database system development, installation of info-terminals, organization of an international conference in Kaliningrad, preparation of report, contest of students projects, elaboration and implementation of training course, infrastructure analysis and impact assessment.
