The PolC is situated on the delta of the river Odra (Oder). It will create multimedia terminals with synergetic aspects to the multinational boat exhibition of the ASH and using the strategic outcomes of the TVV. The PolC will be part of a steering commitee for the Szczecin lagoon organized in form of an conference to coordinate crossborder activities in the Lagoon and to help realizing the film project of the UKlai and the mission way project of the USC.
